Repair Services

Modernization Contracts

Designed to help you minimize downtime and keep remote control assets up to date, our modernization programs span repair, replacement and virtual/ in-field support. Choose from Platinum, Gold or Silver programs based on your business needs.

Help Desk

​Periodic Field Service Agreements

A shortage of skilled technicians can impact any business. Our Periodic Field Service Agreement allows you to schedule on-site visits from our trained technicians. They will keep your systems running properly while covering your remote control maintenance.

We offer training and familiarization courses to both system operators and in-house repair teams. Control Services

Protection Programs

​Standard Product Warranty

Laird Controls provides a 1-year warranty for electronic printed circuit assemblies and 90 days for wear and tear items for most products such as switches, antennae, harnesses and belts. ​

​Extended Product Warranty

Cover your remote control equipment for an additional 1-4 years past the Standard Warranty time period. Our extended warranties make maintenance simple and protect your remote control investment.

Standard Service Warranty​

When you use Laird Controls for service, your repairs are covered for 120 days after the repair.
